Services

GLANZprovides mobile car wash, car care, mechanical and accessory services at the customer's location within our active service areas in the UAE. Service descriptions, inclusions, and prices shown at checkout are the contract for that booking.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (or an accepted alternative arranged with us). Slot times are local UAE time. You must provide accurate contact details, vehicle information, and a safe, accessible location.

Customer responsibilities

Please make the vehicle available at the booked time, disclose existing damage, and ensure the site is suitable for work (parking, water access where required, and permission to operate). We may refuse or pause work if conditions are unsafe or the vehicle cannot be accessed.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Liability

We take reasonable care with your vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in the vehicle, or delays caused by weather, traffic, building access, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content without permission. Account login is personal to you. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections.
